The office opening times are  Monday         8.30am - 5.00pm Tuesday        8.30am - 5.00pm Wednesday   8.30am - 5.00pm Thursday       8.30am - 5.00pm Friday            8.30am - 4.00pm (Note: All offices are closed between 2pm and 5pm on the first Wednesday of every month for staff training)

Our repairs team is responsible for both the day to day repairs and planned maintenance of our 7,600 homes, and provides a range of services which include:

• Receiving repair requests, ordering the necessary work or arranging an appointment for an Inspector to call
• The annual servicing of gas and solid fuel appliances including smoke alarms
• Carrying out repairs to vacant properties
• Cyclical maintenance i.e. painting of properties
• Co-ordinating and monitoring the Capital Repairs Programme i.e. kitchen, bathroom and window replacement schemes
