Cowpen Farm & Isabella Resident Association
The structure of the Committee has been effective with regard to how it has developed. The Chair, Ann Dobson has community development experience, so she has helped the Committee Members understand the need for confidence building, also the need for funding and how to go about it. Cowpen Farm & Isabella Resident Association has a strong Committee comprising of six committed Committee Members, as follows:

Assistant Treasurer – Bill Ferry
Other Committee Members – Angela Rout, George Trood
Cowpen Farm & Isabella Resident Association have outlined some goals, as follows:
- To clear railway line of rubbish
- To improve an open space in Cowpen Estate
- To create a new play area.
There is some exciting involvement from youths under 18 via the Isabella Centre Youth Project/Youth Council – which is a clear voice for young people living in Cowpen Farm.
