Make sure you keep your gas servicing appointment. Around 30 people die each year because of badly maintained gas appliances. Keep your appointment and you could win free gas for a year.

Seaton Delaval and Holywell

The Seaton Delaval and Holywell Residents Association was formed in 2004 and has already gained support from residents in the area. The aims of the Association are to:

  • to promote equal opportunities within the community;
  • to promote the exercise of residents’ rights and the maintenance and improvement of their housing conditions, amenities and environment; 
  • to promote membership to all people eligible to join the organisation;
  • to promote social, welfare, recreational and training activities for the benefit of members of the organisation;
  • to regularly consult and provide information to all members;
  • to promote good relations between all residents and to safeguard their interests;
  • to provide and promote training for members on areas of the organisations activity and concern;
  • for the furtherance of these objects to represent the interests of residents in consultation with the local authority and other bodies.
  • to monitor the organisation,  its work, finances and membership.
